The Brown Dog Inn is a home away from home for your family dog. We specialize in individual care with the hospitality of a country inn. The Inn opened in 2006 with the purpose of providing a quality, warm, loving, safe, and home-like environment for your pets. Located on 10 acres of land in beautiful Freeport, Maine and only a short distance from Brunswick, Portland, and Auburn. Recently we added a board & train program for your pups who need a little guidance. We've had great success and want all our furry friends to join us for this learning adventure. Whether your friend comes for one day or an extended vacation our loving staff will be sure to treat them to all the Inn has to offer - and they will be begging to return!
